The paintings in my abstract coastlines collection evoke optimism for the wonders of the great wide world.

I am fascinated by the thrill of crossing boundaries of any type. By the act of going to sea, the allegory takes on the proportions of epic. In the Greek Isles, epic adventures are top of mind and the word "civilization" is never far behind!
