Inspiration / Interpretation
Out of the merriment,
Clear as the glisten
Of dew on the brier,
And birches like pearls in the mist
adapted from "The Jongleur" by Bliss Carman
inspired by an early morning walk in the woods, where the birch peek out of the fog like pearls.
